Refund policy

If you are not happy with your item due to a fault or it is damaged upon arrival, please contact me via email hello@byblossy.com and share photos. Items will be refunded in full if the fault or damage is clear. Please contact me within 28 days of your order arriving. 

Small Business Notice - All pieces are made by hand with approximate measurements, however no two pieces will ever be identical. Each piece is unique and will vary slightly in size and shape, particularly handblocked items. Please expect your items to be perfectly imperfect and full of character due to the small-production, handcrafted nature".

Care Instructions - Please wash any cushions, lampshade skirts, tote bags, or tableware by hand with soft detergent or on a delicate 30 degree, low-spin wash. Hang on a washing line to dry naturally, or leave in a warm dry place. Do not tumble dry.
